The Betrayal demo was released in 1995 from Dallas based Disencumbrance. The artwork for the original demo was created by Jackie Moore, and later refined by Joe Espinoza. The demo contained 3 tracks of brutal old school death metal...The 3 tracks together tell a story of descending into a spiritual realm of horrific evils. The protagonist opens himself up for possession and realizes that what he thought he would gain in power and strength, turned into betrayal and deceit. He was overwhelmed by possession and committed suicide.
